2. What this website itself does and does not collect
This is a static campaign website. In the current published build, the site does not intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising networks, behavioral-advertising tags, third-party analytics SDKs, embedded social-media feeds, login accounts, contact forms, voter-registration forms, ballot-status forms, or campaign-created cookies.
The website's own JavaScript does not submit visitor information to the campaign. It is used for interface functions such as the mobile menu, language selector, slideshow controls, and other page interactions.
The company that hosts the website may automatically create ordinary server or security logs needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on the host, those logs may include an IP address, browser/device information, requested page, date and time, and similar network information. Those hosting practices are controlled by the selected hosting provider and should be reviewed again if the hosting provider changes.
3. Information you voluntarily provide to the campaign
If you email or call the campaign, the campaign may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, address, volunteer interest, endorsement information, or other details included in your communication. The campaign may use that information to respond, organize campaign activity, maintain campaign records, or comply with applicable law.

4. Quick Links and independent external resources
Every Quick Link on this campaign website leaves this site and opens an independent RUSD, Los Angeles County, or California government resource. The campaign does not operate those services and does not receive the voter-registration information, ballot-status queries, Vote Center searches, or other information you submit there simply because we provided the link.
Those external websites may collect technical information, cookies, account information, or form information under their own privacy policies and terms. The campaign does not control those practices. Outbound links from this campaign site use a no-referrer policy to minimize referral data sent to the destination site.
5. What happens after you leave this site
Once you open an external website, that site's own privacy policy, security practices, cookies, logging, forms, accessibility, terms, and data-retention rules apply. A destination website will normally receive technical information necessary to establish an Internet connection, such as your IP address and browser information, and it may collect additional information if you submit a form or use its services.
The campaign does not control those practices and does not become the recipient, processor, or owner of information merely because it provided a hyperlink. The campaign also does not receive your voter-registration status, ballot status, voting-plan entries, or other information submitted to the official election websites simply because you reached those websites through a campaign link.

This is intended to prevent the destination site from receiving the campaign page URL as the HTTP referrer. 7. Zelle and campaign contributions
The Zelle QR code is a convenience link for sending a contribution to Agnes Gonzalez. Payment authentication and banking information are handled outside this website by Zelle and participating financial institutions. The campaign may receive transaction information made available through the payment service and may separately request information that California campaign-finance law requires the committee to maintain.
Information required for campaign-finance compliance may be retained and reported even if a donor later requests deletion, when retention or disclosure is required by law. Campaign statements and reports are public records, and information required on those filings may become publicly available.
8. Cookies, analytics, advertising, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control
The current site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and does not sell or share visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because this build does not engage in that type of tracking, browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not change the site's behavior. This campaign website does not represent that the committee is a CCPA-covered business. Regardless of statutory applicability, the current site does not sell personal information or use visitor information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Sale, sharing, and disclosure
The campaign does not sell personal information collected through this website. The campaign may disclose information when reasonably necessary to service providers acting for the campaign, professional advisers, campaign-finance professionals, governmental filing authorities, or law enforcement; to comply with campaign-finance, election, tax, recordkeeping, subpoena, or other legal obligations; or with the individual's direction or consent.
11. Data retention
Website correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for campaign operations, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping. California FPPC Regulation 18401 generally requires campaign records and original source documentation tied to campaign statements to be retained for four years after the related campaign statement is filed, subject to specific rules and exceptions. Information that must be preserved for campaign-finance compliance may therefore be retained longer than ordinary website correspondence.
12. Security
The campaign uses reasonable administrative and technical practices appropriate to a small campaign website, including local website assets and limiting unnecessary data collection. No transmission, device, email account, hosting platform, or payment system can be guaranteed completely secure.
